📦 Return Eligibility
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beard oil and grooming products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, email us at info@maliksremedy.store with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used beard oil

Bundles where any item has been opened

Items marked as final sale
This policy ensures hygiene and product safety for all customers.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the item is used, damaged, or returned outside of the 7-day window, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your beard oil arrives leaking, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
